SOMETIMES YOU DON'T GET QUITE WHAT YOU EXPECTED


I got damaged or mislabeled items. Now what?

We pride ourselves on our high-quality product standards. Each item that is created for you when you order passes a 3-step quality check before they get shipped. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item did happen to fall through the cracks, or was damaged during shipment, we will provide a replacedment to you at no cost. Please email us at weeverydayvillains@gmail.com as soon as you receive your damaged or mislabeled items so we can start the process with you.


Do you take size exchanges?

We kindly ask that you please double check the sizing charts and take the appropriate measurements before completing your final order.


Unfortunately we are unable to provide a universal size exchange policy at this time. Since each item you order from us is made especially for you when you order it, there is no other size to exchange it against. Reach out to us at the email below and let us help you.
